National cultural monument of the Old wastewater treatment plant in Bubeneč is managed by the company "Muzeum stará Čistína, o.p.s." based on a contract of lease and managent the real estate
no. D/58/01/014848/2009 fixed on 2/20/2009 with the Capitol city of Prague.

The expected repairs of the old waste water treatment plant mentioned in the report below and financed from the sources included in the budget of MHMP for 2011 were not actualised. The Muzeum as the manager had to arrange for temporary repairs of the metal sheet rooftop of the main building. This caused unexpected expenses in the budget of the museum.

The department for care of monuments of the City Prague received requested materials for realising renewal of spaces in the main building of the waste water treatment plant. After renewals, the spaces will be used as cafe, cinema room and exhibition hall. This way, new spaces will be available for visitors and there will be more possibilities for public use. Further information about the negotiations can be expected during February.

The Municipal council of the Capitol City of Prague approved our request to include some financial resources to restore our realty in its budged for 2011.These finances should be used to repair the roof and wooden windows of the main operation hall incl. restoration the fencing in Papirenská street and entrance gate at gatehouse.

Divided in 5 stages. The first stage of this exploration (eastern wing of the main operation hall) has already been finished. The building-historical exploration is important to create the Conception of utilization the Old wastewater treatment plant.
